The Residence
Built for the mountains
Set on a gentle slope above Kandaghat, the house looks out over pine-covered ridges that fold into the horizon. Wide windows and a shaded verandah invite the hillside in — birdsong at dawn, cool valley breezes through the day, and quiet skies at night.
The design is unhurried and rooted in the region: a pitched red roof, whitewashed walls, timber-framed windows, and a stone staircase climbing to the upper floor.
